Not yet the company’s policy. The sections below set out what this policy has to cover, given what the consultation form actually collects. The wording must be reviewed and approved by Greenville Kitchen & Bath — and, where the company wants certainty, by its own attorney — before this page goes live. Codify does not give legal advice and has not drafted the operative text.
What we collect when you ask for a consultation, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
The consultation form on this site asks for a name, email address, phone number and project address, plus the service, timeline and budget range selected, how you heard about the company, and anything written in the project description. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
To respond to the enquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare an estimate. The form already states that submitting it means agreeing to be contacted about the enquiry by email, phone or text.
To be confirmed: name the form handler, the email provider, and the project-management system (JobTread) if enquiries are entered there. Each service that receives the data has to be named here.
To be confirmed: a retention period, and an email address a person can write to in order to have their enquiry deleted. Until both are decided this page is incomplete.
To be confirmed once the site is hosted. This draft loads a web font from Google Fonts, the header video from the company’s existing content provider, and, on the Client Login page, JobTread’s portal walkthrough from YouTube — embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies unless the video is played. Any analytics or advertising tag added at launch has to be disclosed here.
