It begins with an in-person consultation. Someone comes out, looks at the room and takes the time to understand the house, how you live in it, and what you want the space to become. Layout is evaluated on site — what can move, what cannot, and where the opportunities are that are not obvious from a photograph.
The team stays connected through the planning phase — guiding selections, answering questions and refining details. This is the part customers write about most: twenty-one of the fifty-five reviews mention how quickly they heard back.
Detailed layouts and full 3D panoramic renderings, so you can see and walk through the finished kitchen or bath before construction begins. The design is refined together until it is right, and that becomes the blueprint for the build.
Cabinetry, countertops, hardware, tile and finishes are chosen in person at the Boland Court showroom, with guidance from the design team and from suppliers across the region. Materials are ordered and construction is planned so everything is on hand before work starts.
From the first day of demolition to the final walkthrough, one team runs the job. Rooms are sealed off, floors and other trades protected, and the site swept before anyone goes home — which matters, because most of this work happens with the family still living in the house.

Remodeling should not take your house away from you while it happens. Surrounding areas are protected, the jobsite is kept clean, and the disruption to a normal week is kept as small as the work allows.
